Spend Your Quality Time With Jesus.

So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up
in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.

Colossians 2:6‭-‬7 NIV

– He Who establishes us in Christ is God (2 Cor 1:21-22)
– He says..
1.As you received Christ, continue to live in Him, note the word is ‘continue ‘as you were taught.
2.Be rooted in Christ.
3.Be built up in Him
4 Have your faith in Him strengthened
5.Overflow in thankfulness
– All that can be summed up to mean.
– Spend quality time with Him, refuse anything that dilutes what you have already learned of Him ,and obey Him.
