Faith Is Worship In The Right Place.
While Jesus was still speaking, some people came from the house of Jairus, the synagogue leader.
“Your daughter is dead,” they said. “Why bother the teacher anymore?” Overhearing what they said,
Jesus told him, “Don’t be afraid; just believe.”
Mark 5:35-36 NIV
– Jesus was on the way together with Jairus to go heal his daughter.
– Professional mourners came and told Jairus that the girl had already died .
– Jesus told Jairus to keep his faith in Him.
– Faith is worship in the right place. Fear is misplaced worship
– Jairus could have seen death as bigger than Jesus hence fear, offence, bitterness.
– He chose to see Jesus as bigger than death hence obeyed His instructions to hold on
– The daughter got a bigger miracle. she was raised from the dead.
– Which one will you choose to worship.?
– May the Holy Spirit help you big in your choosing.
