Season of Fruitfulness.
“And on the morrow, when they were come from Bethany, he was hungry: and seeing a fig tree afar off having leaves,
he came, if haply he might find any thing thereon: and when he came to it, he found nothing but leaves; for the
time of figs was not yet. And Jesus answered and said unto it, No man eat fruit of the hereafter for ever. And
his disciples heard it. And in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots.”
Mark 11:12-14, 20 KJV
– Jesus was on His way to Jerusalem,the place He would accomplish His assignment here on the earth.
– He found no fruit on the fig tree, not even the small figs, a symbol of later harvest.
– This season, anything that does not help the cause of Christ in and through your life is dying
in Jesus Name.
– You are a fruitful vine, (Genesis 49:22) bearing abundant fruit in due season. (Psalm 1:1-3)
– Some ‘fig trees’ will shock us by how fast they dry up…some ‘branches’ will be painfully be
pruned off as well.(John 15:1-2)
“This He will do so we remain fruitful, the season to be super fruitful is here
now.Any amen there?”
