God Called Us In order To Make Us.

Now as he walked by the sea of Galilee, he saw Simon and Andrew his brother casting a net into the sea:
for they were fishers. And Jesus said unto them, Come ye after me, and I will make you to become fishers
of men.

Mark 1:16‭-‬17 KJV

– To fish fish one learns the skills.
– To fish men, which is a very high calling, one has to be made into a fisher of men.
– God called us in order to make us. (Ephesians 2:10)
– This involves more than acquiring knowledge and skills, it involves transformation,
molding of our character, our inner man (Romance 8:29)
– Painful, time-consuming but it’s the only way.
