Three Categories of serving God

Mark 10:42-45 NIV
Jesus called them together and said, “You know that those who are regarded as rulers of the Gentiles Lord it over them, and their high officials exercise authority over them. Not so with you. Instead, whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first must be slave of all. For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.”
All who say they are serving God fall into three categories..
1.They that do it as a duty… (as employees)….remember this , duty cannot take the place of devotion… God is looking for devotion
2.Those that use serving God as a pathway to personal greatness…as a tool for self gain..this in many ways lead to humiliation eventually
3. Those who are sold out to God and all they want is to do His assignments His way, pleasing Him and adding value to peoples lives… these end being highly regarded, highly rewarded by God.
